General Objective

Increasing the capacity of educational institutions, including managers, teachers and students, to cope with distance and hybrid learning situations involves several key directions. First of all, training and professional development of teachers and managers is needed through trainings dedicated to the use of digital platforms, the development of pedagogical skills specific to online teaching, the adaptation of educational management strategies and the organization of workshops for the exchange of best practices. In parallel, digital educational resources need to be created and implemented, including the development of digital textbooks and ancillary materials, access to virtual libraries and the use of interactive platforms for assessment.

Specific objectives

Attaining Objective 3 "Health and Well-being"

To set up a working group at European level of institutions related to vocational training and the health and social-health sectors, contributing to the development of Sustainable Development Objective 3 "Health and Well-being"

Promoting good practices in the use of new technologies in the health

To identify good practices in the use of new technologies in the health and social and health care sectors in vocational training, in particular for the fulfillment of the criteria for the procedural evaluation of different VET courses in the health sector

Dissemination of the detected resources and methodologies

Dissemination of the detected resources and methodologies between European VET centers teaching in the health and social and health and social care sectors in order to achieve a higher impact of the project results
